Dove Attack

I had amazing food packed for work yesterday.  Breakfast, lunch, snacks… I was armed and ready to start the week off right!  But let’s see what I actually did eat, eh?

Breakfast started off well.  A massive bowl of cereals.  I’m really into mixing a bunch of different cereals these days.  It makes me laugh because when I was younger my mom used to make us mix a ‘healthy’ cereal with a ’sugary’ cereal.  So we’d often have Cheerios mixed with our Cinnamon Toast Crunch.  I HATED it.  And now here I am mixing three cereals for breakfast.  The mix contained a half cup each of Rice Chex, Original Puffins and Kashi Crunch Honey Almoned Flax.  I also added half a banana and some milk.  Divine.

That held me over until lunch.  Which I was excited about since it was something different.  I never bring sandwiches but had one yesterday!  Some Hilshire Farms Ultra Thin turkey, a slice of cheese, light mayo, spicy brown mustard, and 2 Clausen kosher dill pickle slices!  This was SO good.

As you can see I also had some fresh strawberries with it.  And to get some veggies in there I had the left of my tomato basil soup.  This stuff is GOOD.

After lunch is when everything just turned into a downward spiral.  I hit the Dove Caramel chocolates… and I hit them hard.  I took a picture of the first 2 (note the cute heart post-its a friend sent me for V-Day)…

The picture taking also stopped there, but I did pretty well the rest of the evening.  I had a Weight Watchers yogurt (peach) on the way to boot camp.  I used to hate peach flavored things but I’m starting to like it more and more.  When I got home I snacked on some cucumber spears and roasted garlic hummus to hold me over while my dinner “cooked.”  It was a Lean Cuisine, this one to be exact.  It looks and sounds horrible, but it’s oh so good.  For a snack while watching House I had sugar free vanilla pudding with some strawberries, bananas and a crushed up graham cracker.  Yum!
